Welcome to the wonderful world of boomerangs! And yes, COMPETITIVE boomerangs. About 100 throwers from all over the world will gather in Westminster this summer to compete, hobnob and have a good time. These are world class athletes that can throw an 80mph boomerang or make it sail more than a football field away. Below you will find event info to help guide you for a visit to see our athletes compete or to learn more about boomerangs in general. All events are FREE to the public!
The address is Westminster City Park, 10455 N Sheridan Blvd, Westminster, CO 80020
All events will be on the circular field on the north side of the park. Come to the pavilion on the west side of the field for more info or to learn how to throw a real returning boomerang but please do not walk into the field of competition as multiple boomerangs may be in the air at once.
