If you are needing transportation from the airport to the hotel, please email our Transportation Captain Stephen Taylor your arrival time, airline and flight number. Copy David Hirsch on that email. We will have two vans running that day and Stephen will coordinate and advise you of pickup plans. The airport is about 45 minutes from the hotel so please be patient as we maximize pickups. Our vans begin pickups on Arrival Day July 6th and end on July 16th.
